We analyse online behavior of O2 customers. Thanks to our solutions, O2 thoroughly understands visitors’ needs and knows how to optimise its online campaigns. Our cooperation has lasted through two changes of company’s owner, three changes of brand name and four succeeding digital managers.
Together with the O2 internal digital team, we were cooperating on a wide range of creative and strategic services, from designing websites, apps and digital campaigns and evaluating its performance, to many multivariate testings, surveys and user testings. All this with a commitment to meet O2’s goals. We used many tools, for example Soyka, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test&Target, Adobe Search&Promote, CrazyEgg, mYx, Persoo, Silverpop and also Google Analytics and Google Website Optimizer.
Interesting fact: as far as we know, the scale of use of Adobe Analytics for O2 is the largest ever on the Czech market. We really want to make the most of such an amazing tool.
